What does Rungio do?
Rungio finds open roles from real ATS sources (Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, HackerNews "Who is hiring", plus live web search), evaluates each one against your CV with AI, and tailors your application. Where the portal allows it, we auto-submit. Everywhere else, you get the polished CV + cover letter ready to upload manually.
How is this different from LinkedIn Easy Apply?
Easy Apply blasts a generic CV at thousands of jobs. Rungio reads each full job description, scores it against your CV, tells you the gaps, and tailors the CV + cover letter per role. It's the opposite of spray-and-pray: fewer applications, each one actually fitted to the role.
What’s in the free trial?
200 credits, granted on email verification. Enough to discover ~3 batches of jobs, evaluate ~30 of them, tailor a couple of CVs, and try one auto-submit. No card required to start.
Which portals do you auto-submit to?
Today: Ashby only. Greenhouse and Lever are next, pending a final terms-of-service review. For every other portal we deliver the tailored CV and cover letter and you click submit. We do not auto-submit on LinkedIn, Indeed, Workday, Glassdoor, or Seek — their terms prohibit automation, and we won't put your account at risk.
How accurate is the CV tailoring? Will it lie about my experience?
The tailoring rewrites bullets to emphasise the experience the JD asks for; it does not invent employers, dates, or skills you don't have. You see the full tailored draft before anything is submitted, and every change is yours to accept or edit. If you ever spot a fabrication, please email gaurav@rungio.com — that's a bug we treat as P0.
How do credits work? Do they expire?
Credits are pay-as-you-go (no subscription). Discovery costs a few credits, evaluations a few more, tailoring more, auto-submit the most. Credits sit on a 6-month sliding window from your most recent purchase — buying another pack resets the expiry on every existing credit. If you stop using the product, credits expire 6 months after the last top-up.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits from a pack purchase are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Email gaurav@rungio.com and we process it via Stripe. After 14 days, credits are non-refundable but they don't expire for 6 months — see above.
What happens if auto-apply fails?
You keep the tailored CV and cover letter — those credits aren't refunded because the artifacts were delivered. The auto-submit credit is automatically refunded, and we surface the original portal link so you can submit manually with the polished docs.
Is my CV / data private?
Yes. We use enterprise API endpoints from Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI — none of which train on customer data. We don't train our own models on your CV. We never sell or share your data beyond the AI providers strictly required to render the service. Full details on the Privacy page.
How do I cancel?
There's nothing to cancel — you only pay when you top up. To remove your data entirely: Profile → Danger Zone → Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm. Immediate cascade: every PDF, evaluation, application, and credit ledger row is removed, plus your Clerk account. Irreversible.
When will you support LinkedIn, Workday, or Indeed?
Probably never as a fully integrated auto-submit. Their terms of service prohibit automation and the cost of a banned user account is too high. Our likely path for those portals is a separate Chrome extension product where the user is the one driving the browser — meaningfully different from auto-submission.
How do I give feedback or report a bug?
Email gaurav@rungio.com — founder reads every reply. For bugs, hit the in-app feedback widget if it's loaded (auto-attaches the page state) or just email and include the URL of what you were doing.
